eProductivity Software is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Order Management to join our EPS Business Unit in our Bangalore, India office.

This position will support the ePS business unit in a variety of ways and will report to the Team Lead, Order Management. The role is very detailed oriented and requires interaction with our internal Sales Operations team, Sales Development Managers and ePS customers. This position is responsible to manage end-to-end order processing and Invoicing issues.

Responsibilities

  • Entry of EPS orders and contracts into Netsuite

  • Maintaining support maintenance contracts in Netsuite

  • Working with the fulfillment team for the delivery of products

  • Complete Invoicing upon delivery.

  • Manage Invoice corrections or change requests from the customers with appropriate approvals, ensuring proper Credits are processed in the accounting period.

  • Interacts directly with a wide range of company departments to handle the requests received from both ePS internal & external Customers.

  • Ensure all the requests received are resolved within the Turn around time. billing inquiries/disputes, Credit claims/disputes, and account management issues

  • Manage the assigned projects/team activities as per the requirement

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience in a similar order management domain.

  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to provide a premier customer experience within agreed timelines, even under challenging circumstances

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Individual needs to be able to work in a dynamic environment, be flexible and able to deal with conflict situations

  • Knowledge of Netsuite & Salesforce preferred

  • Knowledge of Excel preferred

  • Should be able to work in Night shift from 6 pm to 3 am India time to support our US Customers
